The calculation formula for the residual unbalance:
Uper=M.e=m.r=
Balancing machine selection steps:
1. According to the rotor (workpiece) is required to double-side calibration or single-side calibration to primary choose of the balance machine.
When the length and diameter ratio of the rotor is > 0.2, choose double-sided balancing machine .On the contrary, choose single - sided balance machine.
2. If the rotor is determined to be double-side calibration or single-side calibration, the balance machine can be further determined by the maximum diameter, maximum length and weight of the rotor.
3. Comparing the residual unbalance of the rotor (Uper) with the minimum achievable ucbalance (Umar).
A) when Uper > Umar, the balance machine is selected correctly. The rotor Uper value can be calculated according to the previous calculation formula, and the balance machine cannot be selected correctly without the Uper value .
B)When the minimum Umar> Uper,indicating that the existing universal balance machine cannot meet the rotor balance requirements, it needs to be redesigned or changed into a special balancing machine.
C) Sometimes the supporting mode of the rotor is special and the balancing machine needs to be changed.
