Three transmission modes of dynamic balancing machine
1. Belt Drive Mode.
The belt drive is used to drag the rotor with the motor pulley (rubber ring belt). Therefore, b
elt drive mode requires that the rotor must have a smooth cylindrical surface, and the advantage is that it does not affect the unbalance of the rotor, and the ring belt balancing machine is of high precision.
2. Coupling Drive Mode.
Coupling transmission is to use the universal coupling to connect the balance machine spindle to the rotor.Coupling drag features are: suitable for rotors with irregular appearance, can transfer bigger torque, suitable for high wind resistance rotors like drag fan, paper roller etc, the disadvantages is the unbalance of coupling itself can affect the rotor unbalance, so balance the coupling before use is very important, otherwise it will affect the balance precision , in addition,to adapt to the different rotors,it need do a lot of different connections.
3. Self-driven approach.
The self - drive is the dynamic rotation of the rotor itself.Self-drive is the drag mode with minimal impact on the balance accuracy, and the balance precision can reach the highest, but only special rotors allowed by the structure can use this kind of drag.
